Product Launch: WM54F EMEA

The fan WM54F has been successfully sold introduced into United States market last year, from now onward it will be available for the EMEA market too.

The fan is developed focusing on the broiler market, however it has an high potential for any poultry application as well as greenhouses installations, and it offers a fiberglass venturi and a plastic housing. The air intake side is in line (except for motor) with the frame of the building for an easy litter maintenance.

Any air leakage during non-working periods is prevented thanks to the two-doors damper ( butterfly style ) equipped whit seals all around the damper outside diameter. Moreover the damper doors are insulated for a better maintaining of the internal temperature and for preventing the condensation on the internal parts. The damper frame is made in sturdy welded aluminum for increasing its stiffness and minimizing the effect of corrosion attacks. Tensioner is available as standard feature on all the models, equipped with the new triple lip sealed pulley with high speed premium lubricant.

It is available in partially assembled form or completely dismounted for optimizing the transport costs. The electric motor works in the air flow, assuring a low operating temperature and long product life cycle. The fiber glass venturi assures a perfect round shape in the area where the propellers rotates: no hitting of the propeller against venturi, neither when environment has wide temperature fluctuations.   

The WM54F is available for orders starting from end of July. The product is CE certified, the safety devices as well as other specs, including efficiency level, comply with current European regulations.
