Tell us about your journey to becoming an engineer

As a female engineer, my journey has been a testament to perseverance, passion, and breaking barriers. From an early age, I was drawn to science and math, fascinated by how things work and the potential to make a tangible impact on the world. Engineering offered the perfect platform to channel my curiosity and problem-solving skills. Throughout my career, I have faced unique challenges as a woman in a traditionally male-dominated field. However, these experiences have only fueled my determination to prove that gender does not define one's capabilities or potential for success. I am proud to stand as a role model for future generations of women in engineering, inspiring them to pursue their dreams and make their mark in the industry.

Along my journey, I have been inspired by trailblazing women engineers who have shattered glass ceilings and paved the way for others. As a female engineer, I am passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion within the field. I strongly believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and lead to more comprehensive and sustainable solutions. By actively promoting gender equality and creating supportive environments, we can empower more women to pursue careers in engineering and contribute to shaping a better future.
