Allbright ranks Munters among Sweden’s top gender-equal companies

Jun 21, 2023

Since 2012, the independent Swedish foundation Allbright has been ranking publicly listed companies based on gender distribution within their management teams. Companies that have achieved gender parity are classified as green, while those that fall short are categorized as yellow, and companies with no women in management are labeled red.

This is the second year in a row that Munters appears on the green list. It climbed up to the 41st position from last year's 52nd place. The higher ranking is due to a more even gender distribution in management, which currently consists of four men and three women.

"We continue to work to attract and retain top talent at all levels within Munters," says Grete Solvang Stoltz, Group Vice President of HR and Sustainability at Munters. "It's nice to be recognized by Allbright for the work we're doing to increase the percentage of women leaders, but there's still more work to be done.

The green list features 89 Swedish companies, including well-known names such as H&M and Volvo Cars.
