Our Performance & Development Approach is built around ongoing dialogue and development, with two key milestones during the year: an End‑of‑Year Reflection and a Career & Growth Dialogue. Together, these conversations encourage reflection, forward‑looking planning, and meaningful development. Employees are supported in regularly updating their goals and are encouraged to have frequent check‑ins with their managers to ensure they get coaching and guidance.

Safety is our main priority
Munters has zero tolerance for workplace accidents. Every month, we track and report incidents requiring medical assistance to our management team. Conducting systematic risk assessments of our production facilities helps safeguard employee health and safety. Among the areas evaluated are fire safety, electrical installations, and waste and chemical management. We conduct reviews on all units on a rolling three-year schedule.
Safety observation program
Improving our workplace safety culture is essential to employee health and well-being. Our leadership program, STOP (Safety Observation Program), and occupational health and safety program help instill a safety mindset and proactive behavior in all employees.
