Our strategy is to grow a sustainable and profitable business. Our success is based on delivering on our strategic priorities as well as our ability to act sustainably with high ethics and respect for human rights, increased diversity, workplace safety and reduced environmental impact.
Our overarching strategic priorities show which areas we regard as important to our success. For each strategic priority we have clear action plans and ambitions for what we want to achieve. Sustainability is a priority issue reflected in every strategic priority.
We have five strategic priorities that we focus on to deliver sustainable growth:

Grow in prioritized areas
Munters is a global leader in energy-efficient and sustainable climate solutions. We have a leading position in innovative products and software to create an optimal indoor climate for livestock farming and greenhouses, where our products are used to control and optimize the entire food production value chain. We benefit from a number of global market factors that create good growth potential where we operate, e.g., increased digitization and electrification.
OUR OBJECTIVE
We aim to be a market leader in prioritized markets and in prioritized segments. We define marketleading as being one of the three leading suppliers.
The prioritized segments are:
- Battery industry
- Food industry
- Data center cooling
- Software used in food production and services
