We use this personal data to provide you and the company you represent with customized information about Munters and invitations to events. This processing includes segmentation.

If you are a customer or supplier who is a natural person, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of contracts (e.g. sole trader).

If you are a representative of a customer or supplier that is a legal entity, the legal basis for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest in managing and administering the relationship and the agreement.*

  • The personal data is saved as long as the agreement is in force including any limitation of actions.
  • Personal data which is processed to manage and administer invoicing and payment is saved for seven years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Who has access to your personal data?

The recipients of your personal data may be based in countries outside the EU/EEA, which may have a lower level of protection of personal data than within the EU/EEA. The transfers are based on our legitimate interest and is needed to conduct our business. When transferring personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, we use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure a sufficient level of protection for your personal data, unless another legal basis for the transfer applies, such as an adequacy decision by the EU Commission. If you have any objections or complaints about the way we process your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Sw. Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).

Right of access and information

You may request to be informed whether we are processing personal data about you and, if so, to receive a copy of it, together with other supplementary information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned by the processing, the recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the retention period and the existence of the right to request rectification and erasure as well as to request restriction and to object to processing. You also have the right to be informed of the right to lodge a complaint with IMY and of the source of the personal data, as well as of the existence of automated decision-making together with certain additional information.
