Desiccant Dehumidifier

Munters desiccant dehumidifiers MS 4500-SBX with weather protection casing are specially designed for outdoor installation and a wide range of potential applications. Their main task is to avoid condensation and prevent corrosion during sand blasting and coating activities or in unheated storage facilities. Another strength is the removal of water damages after the extinguishing of fires, floodings or pipe ruptures. The units, using the sorption principle, have a high moisture removal capacity, which is almost independent of ambient temperatures.

The dehumidifiers are delivered as ready-to-connect units. The MS 4500-SBX special version with casing can easily be transported with a forklift or crane. On site they present their advantages with robustness, low maintenance and can therefore easily be set-up and operated within outdoor applications. A transition piece for a standard hose connection, DN300 mm, is also within the scope of supply.
