Product description
Catalytic Oxidizers use high-performance catalysts – base-metal or precious-metal – to trigger oxidation at lower temperatures than traditional thermal methods. This reduces energy use while maintaining effective VOC and CO abatement. Catalyst media is available in pellet or honeycomb form, and systems can be configured to meet specific process needs. Some models also include integrated heat exchangers to further improve thermal efficiency. Airprotech Catalytic Oxidizers are ideal where lower operating temperatures and high environmental standards are essential.
