Product description
Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other pollutants from process gas using thermal oxidation at high temperatures. The system converts chemical energy contained in the pollutants into heat, which sustains combustion with minimal auxiliary fuel. A ceramic bed captures and releases heat in cycles, delivering up to 96% thermal energy recovery. This efficient process reduces fuel consumption and overall operating costs. Airprotech RTOs are available in 2, 3, 5, or 7-chamber designs, allowing configuration based on gas flow and application needs.
