Light Trap

High light reduction and low air flow resistance. Munters MI-T-Dark® is engineered to provide the best blackout conditions in your building. Lightweight construction means low freight costs and easy one person handling. MI-T-Dark light traps slide into standard boxes and framed openings 11" deep in the air flow direction. A 3/4" flange around the perimeter will stop edge leakage. No gaskets or extra seals are required. Additional shading and/or large overhangs outside of the MI-T-Dark light traps will improve black out conditions. MI-T-Dark light traps are manufactured in convenient, easy to handle sizes. Standard size is 11" in the air flow direction, 121/8" wide and up to 72" tall. The width and length may be field or factory cut to smaller sizes. For inlets wider than 121/8", MI-T-Dark light traps can be installed side by side. The corrugations will nest together to form a seal between the modules. As a result, the net width is about 111/2" for each MI-T-Dark trap installed side by side in long sections.
