The heating element is made of water conducting tubes in stainless steel, which are fitted with heavy aluminum fins spaced with a distance of 5 mm. A large distance between the fins provides good cleaning possibilities of the heating element with both air and water. The housing around the Aerotemper is made of hot dip galvanized steel and is thus all in corrosion resistant material. The heating fan in the Aerotemper is fitted with an energy saving Grundfos motor with attached plastic blades. Aerotemper is delivered either as a ceiling- or a wall mounted unit. The wall mounted unit is placed in the middle of the stable and will transport the warm air along or across the building depending on it’s interior and ventilation system set up. The ceiling mounted unit is placed in the middle of the stable and will transport the warm air from top down forming a plate of air that will distribute the heat in the room. The ceiling unit is hung in four wires and can via a control mechanism be hoisted up and down. During periods when there is no need for heating, the unit can be used as an air circulator in the stable.
