Project

The centrepiece of the Albany Entertainment Centre is the Princess Royal Theatre, a magnificent 620 seat proscenium arch theatre. The stalls seat 480, and the circle 140. With a proscenium arch opening of 12m, flying facilities, orchestra pit, and cutting edge theatre lighting and audio systems, this venue is capable of presenting a broad range of events.

The Kalyenup Studio is a flexible space accommodating up to 200 people, capable of hosting intimate classical concerts to corporate dinners. With a floor area of 14m x 14m and a 7m high ceiling this versatile area can be divided into two acoustically separate rooms for breakout meetings or to simply create a more intimate conference space.

The Hanover Room is an elegant function space ideal for board meetings or conferences seating up to 20 people or cocktail functions for up to 602.

Munter's Contribution

"Munter’s were engaged by Centigrade to provide an Evaporative Pre-cooler (EPCC) solution to the main air cooled chiller units. These units fits onto conventional single- and double-stage condensers and also roof-top units.

It pre-cools the air entering the condenser system, which in most cases improves or at least equals condenser cooling performance with lower energy consumption.

The EPCC has been designed as a natural addition to new air cooled condenser systems thus making a positive contribution to running costs, extension of condenser life cycle and helping conserve energy and the environment. Increased performance at low load provide equivalent COP values as high as 7:1 and provides a winning combination for this prestigious project."
