MUNTERS APPOINTS PRESIDENT INNOVATION

Munters (NASDAQ: MTRS) has appointed Paul Dinnage as President Innovation and Technology.

In this role, Paul will lead the global Core Technology Function for Munters and play a key role in shaping the innovation and technology agenda across Munters. He will do this in close collaboration with the Business Areas, Global Operations and Global Services.

Paul has a wealth of experience and is recognized in the industry as a technology leader. He started with Munters in 1985 as process engineer in the rotor plant in Amesbury, MA. During his career with Munters he has worked in Operations, Engineering and R&D. He has continually worked on researching and developing the outstanding product portfolio the company holds today.

Paul holds a BS in Mechanical engineering from MIT.

Paul will report to the CEO of Munters and will serve as a member of Munters Group Management.
