Nomination Committee 2020

The Nomination Committee of Munters Group AB (MTRS) (publ), a global leader in energy efficient air treatment and climate solutions, has now been appointed.

In 2017, the Annual General Meeting of Munters Group AB adopted an instruction regarding the appointment of the Nomination Committee, which shall apply until further notice. Pursuant to this instruction, the Nomination Committee shall be composed of the representatives of the four largest shareholders in terms of voting rights listed in the shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB as of 31 August each year, and the Chairman of the Board, who will also convene the first meeting of the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee has now been appointed and comprises the following members:

• Lars Wedenborn, FAM AB, Chairman of the Nomination Committee
• Robert Furuhjelm, Nordic Capital
• Johan Grip, First AP-fund
• Jan Dworsky, Swedbank Robur Funds
• Magnus Lindquist, Chairman of the Board of Munters

The Nomination Committee shall prepare proposals for the 2020 Annual General Meeting regarding the Chairman of the Meeting, number of Board members, remuneration payable to the Board divided between the Chairman and the other Board members as well as remuneration for committee work, election of Board members and Chairman of the Board, election of auditor, remuneration to the auditor and, if necessary, proposal for changes to the instruction for the Nomination Committee.

Shareholders who wish to present proposals to the Nomination Committee for the 2020 Annual General Meeting can submit them to the Nomination Committee by e-mail to nominations@munters.se or by letter to

In order for the Nomination Committee to be able to consider submitted proposals in a constructive manner, these should be submitted by 1 February 2020, at the latest.
