Sustainability ratings and scores are increasingly important to investors, customers and other stakeholders. The independent assessment of how we integrate sustainability into our business is paramount, and Munters continuously works to improve both transparency and our results.
An independent foundation established in 2012, the Allbright Alliance examines gender representation in executive management. It ranks publicly listed companies based on the gender distribution of their management teams. Allbright classifies companies that reach parity between men and women as green, those that have not yet achieved parity as yellow, and those with no women on the management team as red. Because Munters has achieved gender parity in our management team, Allbright lists our company on its green stock exchange list.

In 2018, Munters joined the CDP, a global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts. Since 2019, CDP has measured our progress in reducing our environmental impact. We are proud of our B score, reflecting the actions and progress achieved in 2022, mainly with carbon emission reductions and continue to work on improving our rating.

Munters joined the UN Global Compact, making a firm commitment in 2018 to uphold its ten principles on human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. Our Code of Conduct and the Supplier Code of Conduct integrate these principles to guide our people and partners in their business dealings regarding environmental, social and governance issues.
