ANNETTE KUMLIEN APPOINTED NEW CFO OF MUNTERS GROUP AB

Munters Group AB (MTRS), a global leader in sustainable climate solutions for demanding industrial and agricultural applications, announces the appointment of a new Group Vice President and CFO. Annette Kumlien, currently COO Diaverum AB will enter as new CFO for Munters Group on August 12.

As previously announced, Munters has implemented a new organization and leadership team to better meet the demands of customers and to increase value creation for shareholders. 

“We are pleased to welcome Annette Kumlien as the new CFO of Munters Group. Annette has extensive experience and a strong track record from top management positions in a number of industrial companies and will play a key role in the ongoing transformation towards increased profitability and growth”, says Johan Ek, interim CEO of Munters Group.

Annette Kumlien is 54 years and join Munters from Diaverum where she held the positions of SVP and COO for 4.5 years and prior to that CFO (2007-2014). Previously she held the position of CFO at the listed companies Höganäs and Pergo, as well as business controlling roles at Perstorp and Sandvik. Annette has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Annette Kumlien will enter her new position on August 12 taking over responsibilities from Jonas Ågrup, CFO of Munters Group since 2011 who will leave the company.
