The Sales organisation at Munters is organised into four distinct Business Areas (BA’s), each focussed upon a specific market segment or group of segments.
The role of the BA’s begins with identifying the needs of our customers, understanding their processes and applications. Our solutions are generally technical in nature and this evaluation stage requires an intimate understanding of our clients’ processes. Having identified and developed a suitable solution, our sales teams will present this to our customers and provide convincing arguments to persuade them of the merits of our solution compared to those of our competitors.
