Senior Service Lead
I am positioned as a Senior Service Lead in Munters Singapore Service team. With my team together, I support in the testing and commissioning of new units after sales, attends to customers on unit breakdown calls and regular preventive maintenance visits to customers all over the island. I truly enjoyed collaborating with my teammates at work. The best thing I personally felt is, we have a strong positive relationship with our kind and skillful manager.
What's the most innovative Munters product or (initiatives, changes) that you are most "proud" of?
Throughout my 10 years’ experience in Munters, the latest MX 2 series with climatix control would be the most reliable product which I can be proud of.
Maybe you know the game hi “I pack my bag and take with me…” Tell me 3 things you pack from your daily life which you need or characterize you and tell me why it is important for you.
My laptop: This important & handy item allows me to check any job information at work. A must for all service team members.
My mobile phone: Staying contactable at all times allows me to have good communication with my customers & colleagues when I am on site. Instructions, schedules and work information all in a cell phone.
Multi-meter: When it comes to troubleshooting with DH units, the multi-meter will be our master tool whenever we go.
Tell me about a fun experience at Munters
During one of the MAP programmes, I had the chance to play badminton with our BU manager and the experience was awesome. I lost the game happily. He was just in another level.
What challenges are you facing in your day-to-day job?
For every new upcoming project, I have to deal with people from various professions. After each project is completed successfully, I would feel the satisfaction & accomplishment. This sense of achievement completes my day.
What would a perfect Sunday be like for you?
Gathering with friends and playing music together would be the best Sunday for me. I will be wearing my safety shoes, in case any urgent site requires me to resolve.
What would your best career advice be for a new employee who is about to start a career with Munters?
You have chosen one of the best global company. All you have to do is to be positive, learn as much as possible and explore the DH encyclopedia.
What’s the best part of your job or working day?
Everything is possible with my best service coordinator and superiors together.
