Turbomiser Evaporative System
The Turbomiser Evaporative System is an air-cooled chiller with Turbocor centrifugal compressors, axial fans, and evaporative system for outdoor installation. The chiller incorporates an advanced onboard adiabatic system that pre-cools ambient air by up to 8°C before it passes over the condenser coils. This process lowers the condensing temperature, significantly reducing electrical power consumption.

Product description
The system works by pumping water onto a sacrificial pad positioned in front of the condenser coils. As the water evaporates, it decreases the air temperature entering the coils, improving overall efficiency. The pad itself is made from 100% recycled paper and serves as a protective barrier, preventing partially dissolved solids in the water supply from reaching the coils. When the pad reaches the end of its service life, it can be easily replaced and recycled. Any excess water not absorbed by the pad is collected, filtered, and treated using a UV system before being reused by the chiller’s onboard adiabatic pump. When adiabatic cooling is not required, the system automatically retracts from the airflow path, extending pad life and reducing pressure drop across the EC condenser fans—delivering additional energy savings.
