Welcome to Munters Credit market page, where you find information about our MTN program and Green Financing. Munters aims to to diversify funding to provide a solid financial platform as an important growth enabler.

As of 31 December 2024, Munters interest-bearing liabilities totaled 6,514 MSEK (5,131 MSEK). The group’s financing consists mainly of term loans and loans under credit facilities.

In 2025 Munters has established a commercial paper program in SEK and EUR with a framework amount of 2,000 MSEK.

MTN program

Munters has an MTN Program (Medium Term Notes) with a framework amount of SEK 5 billion. The prospectus has been approved by Finansinspektionen, the Swedish financial supervisory authority, and is also available at www.finansinspektionen.se.

Green financing

To support Munters sustainability ambitions and targets, the company has published a Green Finance Framework to allow for the issuance of Green Bonds. To confirm the transparency, robustness and alignment with market standards of this Framework, Munters have engaged Moody’s Investor Service to act as an external reviewer of this Green Finance Framework.
