Munters issues green bond of SEK 1 billion under MTN-program

Munters has issued a four-year senior green bond of SEK 1 billion under its MTN-program (Medium Term Note). The offering attracted strong interest from investors and was significantly oversubscribed.
The MTN-program was established on 30 May 2025 with the purpose of further diversifying the company’s funding sources. The net proceeds from the green bond issue will be allocated to green projects, in accordance with Munters Green Bond Framework.

The proceeds will further accelerate investments in solutions that reduce emissions and drive long-term value creation. Danske Bank and Nordea acted as joint lead managers.
