VariMax IFRG

The Munters VariMax IFRG (Indirect-Fired Recirculating Gas) heater supplies hot, contaminant-free process air to industrial applications. This industrial air-to-air heater achieves standard heat transfer efficiencies of up to 90% by recirculating combustion gases in a separate isolated loop.

Product description

Fully customizable, the VariMax IFRG handles temperature increases up to 1,000°F (555°C), discharge temperatures up to 1,200°F (649°C) and turndown ratios up to 40:1. An optional combustion air preheater increases the system efficiency, enabling heat transfer efficiencies up to 98%. Options include natural gas, oil or propane fuel, and a low NOx version. USDA certification is available for food applications. Other applications include automotive paint drying, powder coating, recirculating ovens, spray dryers, and most high temperature industrial processes.
