Stefan Aspman
President and CEO since 2026
Principal education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, from Dalarna University, as well as studies at Uppsala University and Beijing Jiaotong University, China.
Previous assignments and work experience: Group Vice President of the Data Center Technologies business area 2022–2026. GVP Commercial Excellence for Munters Group 2021–2022, while also holding overall responsibility for the Group functions Marketing, Communication and Brand. Prior to that, more than 10 years in several key strategic positions at Sandvik, including Head of Business Control and Performance Management at Sandvik Coromant and Global Head of Commercial Pricing and Profitability Management for the Sandvik Machining Solutions business area. Also has experience as a strategy consultant.

Katharina Fischer

Principal education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics with a major in Business Administration from University of Stockholm.
Professional experience: Katharina Fischer has extensive international experience in Finance and Risk Management. She joined Munters after several years at Electrolux where she held a number of senior positions, most recently as Head of Group Accounting and Global Finance Shared Services.

Professional experience: Previously Global Head of Sales & Strategy at Munters. More than 13 years of experience at Munters and a broad background in finance, strategy, sales and business development. Previous senior positions at Munters include VP Finance & Strategy.

Professional experience: Previously Senior Vice President Americas within AirTech. More than 25 years of experience at Munters, with extensive knowledge of the Group and its operations from various senior positions in project management, business development and regional management.

Pia Brantgärde Linder

Principal education: Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Stockholm School of Economics.
Professional experience: Previously Business Area Manager for HV Products North Europe at ABB. Prior to that more than 20 years at ABB in various senior management positions globally, including General Manager for HV Breakers, Head of Operations for a global product group, Technology Manager, Project Manager and Area Sales Manager.

Grete Solvang Stoltz

Principal Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration from Luleå University of Technology.
Professional experience: GVP People, Culture & Sustainability 2022–2026 and Senior Vice President HR and Sustainability at LKAB Group 2009–2022. Prior to that, 12 years at SCA in various senior management positions, including Head of Logistics, HR Manager and CFO of SCA Packaging Munksund.

Previously held the position of General Counsel, Vice President Group Tax and Legal from September 2017 to June 2024, and was Tax Director at PwC from March 2008 to September 2017
