Munters wins Chinese workplace award - again

Munters wins the Chinese αi Quality Workplace Award again for having engaged its staff in various health and community activities during 2021.

This is the third time the company has won the award.

The annual award is organized by the China International Intellectech Group (CIIC) quality workplace program committee, which evaluates and rewards Chinese companies based on how well they take care of their staff.

This year, the theme was "Workplace Inspires, Experience Wins” to draw attention to the need to create a warmer workplace in a digital world by engaging employees in various health and community activities.

Among the initiatives that Munters China kicked off this year was the campaign "Green Steps for Green Points" on Earth Day in April. To support the initiative, employees walked or rode their bikes to reduce their carbon footprint. Based on their accumulative steps, Munters donated to the China Green Foundation and adopted a 300 square meter green space near the Xiayang Lake, Qingpu District, Shanghai. Several employees also participated in a food drive on World Food Day in October and a company-wide health challenge together with employees from across the world before the summer.
