The overall responsibility of the Human Resources department at Munters is to drive performance in the company.

The Human Resources organization is efficient and very lean in comparison to other companies. We combine being responsible for a geographic role with providing practical support. At Munters we have around 30 employees in HR related supporting functions who are responsible for different local or global activities. The team consists of a wide range of different job roles with various competencies and responsibilities divided into Coordinators, Generalists, Specialists, Managers and HR Leadership positions.
