Administration

The administration is a key part of different functions in Munters. The activities covered by administration form a key interface to customers, suppliers, authorities as well as diverse other external and internal areas.

Administrators are supporting different teams by providing pertinent background information and other administrative services. Moreover they liaise between departments, coordinating efforts and organizing activities across several business areas.  

At Munters we have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities within administrative positions. Exemplary in customer service they are the first contact for customer inquires or issues and support the teams with all relevant information. In Finance they provide the team with relevant KPIs and support them in determining financial data. In purchasing they are the first contact for contract processing and supplier inquiries and they support the monitoring progress and handling orders. Munters administrators are flexible and pertinent for a structured and successful process internal and external.

Some administrators focus on day-to-day administration and general business office activities which are clear in nature and within well established guidelines. Other roles focus on giving support to a specific department or groups of professionals. It's not possible to generalized the different roles within the administrative tasks at Munters but in most cases our employees have key skills in self-organisation, discretion and independent judgement, a high measure of care and handling customer needs or solving short term and diligence. They have the ability to analyze complex information requests and with their hands-on mentality they are flexible in support solving process issues and managing of complex situations.
