Optimize production output in your spray drying process!

In spray drying, there are various disturbance variables for the operator, which can have a strong influence on production output or product quality over the year and the different weather conditions. Say “good-bye” to weather impact on your spray dryer now and avoid product sticking, low production output or bad product quality!

The main source for problems during the spray drying process is the moisture content of the raw material in the spray tower under varying outside air conditions. Dehumidification of dryer inlet air will solve your problems, as it provides constant low humidity throughout the drying process and makes operation close to sticking safe.

These engineered drying systems have the ability to totally condition the air. PureSystems consist of adsorption dehumidification, cooling, heating or a combination of all and are already installed in various spray towers worldwide providing reliable operational performance. 

Pure System Details

Giving some numbers: PureSystemTM units can be built up to a rotor size of 4,5 m allowing for a massflow capacity of up to 200.000 kg/h giving a moisture removal capacity of more than 1.800 kg/h. Starting from basic requirements such as selecting indoor or outdoor installation, we can also adjust for size, shape and installed components according to your needs in spray drying.
