Restyling of EC52 extraction fan

After some years of successful sales of EC52 fans, Munters has decided to restyle the fan in order to improve some features.

The most important achievement is the possibility to replace the v-belt without removing the propeller; being longer, the v-belt can be removed by simply leaping it over the propeller blades.

Moreover, this solution will improve the calibration of the belt tension and will therefore extend the overall life of the transmission wheels, getting rid of the belt-tensioner. 

The following pictures better explain the implemented solutions: the increased length of the v-belt has been possible thanks to the installation of the electric motor on the fan top panel, keeping it in the airstream to grant the required cooling. Airflow and efficiency performances remain unchanged.

The new model will be available for orders delivered from 1st June 2018. At the same time, Munters will stop the production of EC52 previous version.
