What is the best aspect about your job?

By having a wide variety of product offerings from our three USA factories and Tobo, I have been able to design and deliver many unique and differentiated air handling solutions. When we create better energy saving Air Treatment equipment than our competitors, we can provide our clients with an improved return on their investment and gain their trust

What qualities do you think are important to have in your job?

You must have the ability to listen to your customers needs and satisfy them in a timely manner. This requires me to engineer Munters solutions with great care, as we want every opportunity to result in high margin orders with cost effective results for our client.

How have you developed during your time with Munters and how do you see your opportunities for the future?

Since Munters has such a strong brand name, I have been able to sell from a much stronger position of confidence and strength than previous jobs. My interaction with our applications engineering team has been a huge source of increased technical knowledge for me and my customers are the true beneficiaries of what I have learned.
