Dealing with people and innovation; bringing ideas into real final products, seeing their creators excited and sales rewarded for their input; linking concepts from R&D into market tangible opportunities and successes for Munters.
What qualities do you think are important to have in your job?
Open mind & attitude/capability to listen (everybody has a good idea)/sparkle ideas/firm approach with clear understanding of goals /good intuition & market orientation (to make sure resources are allocated properly).
How have you developed during your time with Munters and how do you see your opportunities for the future?
Learned to work in a global small company- faster processes & decisions-very challenging & rewarding-Became more efficient with time (have teams scattered around the globe & clock)-Learnt to listen more and focus on intuition.
