Munters’ Moisture Control Services (MCS) Division, and its affiliates, are no longer part of the Munters Group. As from October 1, 2010 the MCS division is wholly owned by Triton and operates in all countries on a standalone basis. MCS continues using the “Munters” name as a licensee for a transitional period. Any proposals, offers and agreements given or accepted or any other expressed statements by MCS relates only to MCS as a standalone group owned by Triton. Therefore Munters Group is not liable for any such proposals, offers, agreements or statements or any consequences thereof.
