Munters acquires Västgöta Torkteknik AB and further strengthens its position as leading service provider within water damage restoration in Sweden. Information on the transaction is not considered stock price sensitive.
Västgöta Torkteknik is in the moisture and water damage business, with a net sales of about SEK 4 million 2007. The company was established 14 years ago and has four employees. They are based in Skövde, Sweden, and they cover the whole Skaraborg County.

All employees will transfer to Munters, and the business will continue under the name Munters Torkteknik AB. The acquisition is estimated to have no or marginal impact on Munters result.
