Welcome to register for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2010 of Munters AB (publ). The AGM will be held Thursday April 22, 2010 at 5.00 p.m. CET
Location: Ingenjörshuset, Malmskillnadsgatan 46 in Stockholm. Latest day for registration is Friday, April 16, preferably before 12 a. m CET.
- Attendee representing shareholder need to supply a proxy to Munters.
- Attendee representing legal entity should supply registration certificate or similar.
- Proxy/registration certificate should be sent to Munters AB, Box 1188, SE-164 26 KISTA, latest by April 16th 2010.

- Each shareholder is allowed to bring two assistants to the AGM.
- To be entitled to participate in the Meeting, shareholders whose shares are registered in the name of a trustee must have their shares re-registered in their own name with Euroclear Sweden AB. Such re-registration must be
implemented 16 April 2010 and could be temporarily.
