To have the heart to serve our employees and customers in reaching their objectives while guiding them in their decisions to become more productive and to reach their full potential.
How have you developed during your time with Munters and how do you see your opportunities for the future?
I have grown in wisdom and emotional maturity through fantastic exposure to different challenging situations in global economy in positions abroad and locally. I enjoy being part of the global management team working and being challenged with special projects for the development of markets and business ventures.
