Individual development
Individual development I started at Munters twelve years ago and feel that I have really been able to develop and continue to develop in the direction I want to go. After initially working within R&D in various positions, I was given the opportunity to work within Sales as Product Manager for stand alone dehumidifiers. Since 2010 I am back within R&D as responsible for our R&D team in Kista.
Open-door policy
An open-door policy and a continuing dialogue with my superiors together with training in, for example, project management and International Management, has paved the way forward. My job is exciting, challenging and provides a great deal of opportunity for contact with other cultures. There are a number of different disciplines involved in developing a product from the mechanical and electrical design engineering stage to procurement, production and sales. To me teamwork, focus and engagement are important factors in our daily work
